Beyond his expertise at a quick resolution of the issue, he was very engaging to share upcoming Thanksgiving recipies as well as go over Vines preventative maintenance options. No high pressure sales, just educated me on what was available. I did make a selection right for me that will provide service and peace of mind. Eric was a great ambassador for Vines services.

Stacey was professional in every way while accommodating our timeframe. Chris, the tech, who was sent to our home to do the installation, was professional, efficient and very respectful. Very professional, kind, expert knowledge, and kept a clean work place. They were able to install a new water heater for my family after ours died a few days ago. As they worked they were also kind enough to pet our dog and play with my 2 year old little boy. He enjoyed watching them work and interrupt them with sword fighting. They did a job well done and we appreciate their hard work! Thank you Ruben and Nick!
- DBDebby BrownNov 7, 20255.0Craig Bushong was the service tech from Vines who came out. We could not have asked for a more kind and courteous young man. We had no hot water and he was determined to find out the cause. As one of the owners of the condo, I live in North Carolina, but had friends staying at our place. Unfortunately, they had to deal with the issue. Craig exhausted all the diagnostic testing he could do on that water heater and finally, with the help of my friend who was there and who has some electrical knowledge, they traced the problem to the breaker box. Craig made numerous calls to me throughout the afternoon to keep me updated on what he was finding. When he found that it was an electrical problem, he said there was nothing else he could do at that point. It was decided that we needed a new breaker which my friend purchased and installed. This fixed the problem!! Even though the problem wasn’t something Craig could fix, we just want his employer to know what a fine, hard-working young man he is. You’re very fortunate to have him. Hard workers who take pride in what they do is very hard to come by these days. He deserves 10 stars if we could give him that AND a raise!! We couldn’t have asked for better service!! We thank him for his time to help us out!! We’ll definitely be using your services in the future!! Debby Brown
- CZCathy ZieglerNov 7, 20253.0Eric was great but I have a problem with what I was charged for him to just fill up sink and flush line with that water which fixed problem. The $75 for service call was expected but $181 for him to just fill up my sink which must have dislodged whatever the clog was is a bit much. Then he did what he was suppose to by telling me about your yearly service a fees. After my crazy cost for basically nothing it would make me think twice about doing business with Vines. My problem was fixed but the cost seemed very high
