Arrived at my residence on time for the estimate and installation. Responded to questions, etc. in a timely manner. I was supplied with information concerning the care and maintenance of the driveway.

The owner came to the site and agreed the project was not properly done (not enough fill underneath by the crew) and they would fix it. She also suggested another spot to be done when they came out. When I got the estimate for the new spot, I decide I just wanted their first work to be fixed. I have not heard from S&J since, even though I've tried to contact them by phone and email, SEVEN times in total.
