In my case the technician installed a fan with light that was not compatible with the wiring in my home.Therefore it did not work properly. He told me after installation that I purchased the wrong type .He stated I needed something with a pull chain or a remote. He never opened the all the supplies nor did he read all the directions I thought I hired someone who could have told me this before installing the unit.End case,I paid $230 for installing a fan that doesn't work had to remove it myself and order the correct type.I have has no response from the manager as promised.
