- AMAngela McDuffieNov 9, 20241.0It’s a shame that such a big company does not stand by the quality (or lack there of) their work. We have filed several complaints with BBB regarding several issues with our home. We have a huge issue with our countertops not being level and they stuck a bunch of caulk underneath the counters to make it even. When they received the complaint they sent Will(the project manager) over to add more caulk to “fix” it. We declined. If it is not fixed properly then we don’t want a band aid put on it. We have sent several complaints to the higher ups with no response. I will continue until this is resolved. Such bad business. Please do not buy from DRB Homes. They are unprofessional and do not care about you at all!
