On inspection he offered us options to fix leaking faucet-replaced by them, replaced with our purchase, or restore original, with price laid out for each option. We went with our own purchase, he waited while we went to the store. Fixed in one day.

He informed us of a few issues that needed addressing, which we will do. He even checked our humidifier, when other technicians never brought the condition of our humidifier up in the past. I wish all RS Andrews technicians were like Nate Duncan.

They quoted me $100 upon arrival I gave them $100 and then they went up to my store and told my wife that she had to give $100 in cash otherwise So we gave it to him thinking that that was the right thing to do I spoke to someone and they said I would have that hundred dollar credit no problem but then by the time I called them and rescheduled for another service they had no idea what I was talking about Go somewhere else save $180 on just a consultation there’s other places to go!
