  Matthew was great. He came to my house this past Saturday afternoon to give me an estimate on some work that needed to be done to my ducts. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He also didn't try to sell me any products which is an annoying practice that the HVAC company I've been using for 3 years constantly does. The estimate pricing he gave me was more than fair and will save me thousands of dollars when compared to the company I have been using. I plan to use this company for the repair work and will be switching to them for my maintenance services.

  My elderly parents replaced their entire AC system 2 years ago with this company, because their attic pan was in bad shape, even though the system was still working great, both units have already needed replaced, charging my parents an additional $3000 warranty labor 2 years later. . Also told my elderly parents it would be a $99 service trip charge for this last visit to replace the warranty compressor and then hit their credit card for $149 and told me they would correct it and then never did. Beware

  Nicholas with Howell-Chase was so friendly and thorough during my regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance today! Great manners, too! He recommended a necessary product without being pushy, and was super sweet to my dogs! I have never had a bad experience with any of the technicians from Howell-Chase, but Nicholas was definitely a stand-out!

  Tyler stopped by to quote me on a job to repair a gas line. He was very professional and took the time to explain in detail what my options were. It's rare to get this level of service in the Lowcountry. I would recommend Tyler and Howell-Chase just on this positive experience.

  Blake was fantastic! Can't believe he got here same day 2 hours after the call. We are up and running and freezing on purpose! Great know how, and explained everything well. Thank you so much. I appreciated it so much that i picked up a service contract as well. Great value! Jvz
