  Caleb arrived at 9 PM. On the same day that I called! I was amazed that he was working such a long day. He stayed until he fixed our air-conditioning problems, which took an hour and 15 minutes. He was polite and informative the entire time.

  We have been very happy we switched to this company. They always go above and beyond what you are expecting. Nicolas was great in helping me program our thermostat and in giving me some ideas to think about.

  I would definitely recommend Howell Chase heating and Air. They are so professional they make sure they explain and answer your questions and they come up with the best solutions for you and your unit. They really care about customers needs I wish I had called them in the beginning. I will be calling them for all my services. They are awesome.They really go above and beyond. Blake and Caleb was my technicians and they were awesome.

  The technician was on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I have been working with Howell Chase for about 10 years. I have never had any issues. We do preventative maintenance every 6 months after I had Howell Chase change out a complete replacement system including the ductwork.

  Darlin with Howell-Chase was great! He came out to the house quickly, diagnosed the issue, was very helpful in working through what the best solution will be. I would recommend him anytime and I want his boss to know he is doing a fantastic job!
