  Josh, Nikki and crew of Carolina Solutions were just amazing. They just installed my unit on Apr 20th. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. Josh came in and saw the home and had options available. Did not push any products. His prices are very, very reasonable. Other companies will just come out and gouge and upsell you, as they did before I contacted Carolina Solutions. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

  Called 4 times over a 2 week period, spoke to Joe initially and after that always ended up with Josh. Josh did not return calls, never showed when he said he would. On the 5th call, I again got the same and when I confronted him about the past phone calls and promises, he told me to have someone else fix the system, hung up on me and then blocked my calls. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, AT LEAST NOT Josh

  I got a unit from them it was supposed to have a 10 year warranty it didnt get registered instead now I have a 5 when my heat pump froze no return calls. They were temporarily out of business.
