  DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken recently completed a total renovation of our kitchen and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We selected them because of their process, quality of service and workmanship, and willingness to work within our budget. The entire process was remarkably smooth, thanks to a professional and well-organized team. JD and Adrianna brought their years of experience to our project and from our first meeting with them we knew we were in good hands. They listened to our ideas, concerns and objectives, and drew on their knowledge to propose creative solutions for reaching our goals. They were willing to take the time to talk through all the pros and cons of each option and were respectful of our budget, coming up with alternatives to keep the project cost within our target figure while still achieving our objectives. As a result of this detailed planning process, they laid out a comprehensive plan for our project that gave us a clear understanding of how the work would unfold. Lead carpenter Sergey was assigned to our project and it was clear from day one that he is a true master of his craft. He addressed and found solutions to every challenge with confidence and never failed to develop a thoughtful and workable solution. He has a professional and friendly manner and clearly communicated any concerns he had as the project progressed, seeking our input at every turn to make sure that our wishes were reflected in the final product. It should be no surprise that Sergey was named “Master Carpenter of the Year” at the 2025 DreamMaker national award ceremony. When hiccups arose, as they inevitably will in a project, the DreamMaker team found solutions. For example, as demolition began, they discovered the range hood exhaust line was curled up inside the range hood cover and had been dumping exhaust back into the interior of the house. When they found that no flue to vent the kitchen exhaust air outside the house had been installed back when our house was built, DreamMaker executed a change order to remedy this serious defect and keep the project moving with only a short extension to the timeline. Thanks to the detailed project planning, skilled craftsmanship, and creative problem-solving they brought to our project, the DreamMaker team transformed our outdated and dysfunctional kitchen into a beautiful and timeless masterpiece that we will enjoy for years to come. Because DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Aiken exceeded our expectations so significantly on our kitchen project, we currently have engaged them to remodel our master bathroom, and we are looking forward to a similar outcome with our bathroom.

  After deciding to update my master bathroom, I began to research companies to perform the transition. I was interested in new cabinets and counter tops. I was familiar with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen's ads in our local periodicals and magazines. I read reviews and considered them in making my final choice. DreamMaker was the clear winner. I called to set up an appointment and discuss the process, project and estimated costs with J D Norris, owner and designer Adrianna. The professionalism of their presentation with concise written materials for me to peruse so I could understand the expectations, and obligations at each stage made this a worry free commitment. Then the FUN began! In their beautiful showroom I could see samples and also look through some photos of their recently completed jobs for inspiration. MY choices came together and it was off to the races. My job was scheduled !! To say I am pleased is only faint praise . . . I am ecstatic with the gorgeous re:do. Sergey, the craftsman who handled the entire install from demo to plumbing to final assembly is simply a magician. What an excellent experience with this fine company. I highly recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen for your next project.

  We had a wonderful experience with DreamMakers! JD Norris and whole team(Adrianna, Tyler, Sergei and Tyler) had a hand in making our dreams come true with our beautiful kitchen ans laundry room. The craftsmanship, communications and respect for our home were outstanding. We wouldn't have changed a single step of the process.

  DREAM MAKER RESPONDS Recently we noticed that an area of the hardwood floor was separating. The warranty had expired. Called JD Norris. He responded, assessed and did the repair. He follows up on his work and maintains contacts to his customers.
