  Called yesterday afternoon about unknown water leak. James arrived as scheduled early this morning. Quickly found the leak and worked diligently until it was repaired. Kept me informed as to the problem and corrected action. Would recommend this company to all who have plumbing problems.

  Tyler did a great job when he came out to repair a broken water line under the house. While he was there he found another small leak where we were noticing dampness on the brick of the house. He fixed them both. Haley set up the appointment. She is always so kind and on top of getting someone out quickly. I’ve been using Kimball’s for many many years. Very pleased.

  On February 5, Dan and Taylor came to our house to repair a water heater leak. They did an excellent job. It has not leaked a drop since then. Dan and Taylor are great representatives for Kimballs!

  I called the office yesterday about a leak and spoke with Misty. She had a plumber arrive this morning, which is an amazing response time. Tyler arrived as expected this morning. He was very friendly and confident. He identified and repaired the problem in less than two hours. Most importantly, he didn't try to persuade me to purchase any other services while he was here. The time and material cost was very reasonable compared to other companies I've used in the past. I'll definitely be calling Kimball's again when I need plumbing or HVAC help!
