They were not only very respectful, but also very hard working and willing to go above and beyond for us. Their estimator Brenden was critically attentive when first looking at how to solve the absolute disaster which was my basement at the time. A few heavy rains have passed by now and we haven’t noticed a single drop of water in our basement, which is wonderful considering just how much our basement flooded so frequently. I can confidently move into my next project now, finishing the basement. I couldn’t be more content with the service they provided, if I run into any more issues in the future they will be the first I call, and I highly recommend!

The crew ripped up concrete but left a mess inside my basement and outside. Still waiting on information (photos/measurements) for layout of exterior drain that I was told I would receive after paying $700 for it to be scoped.

With a 20 year warranty, how could we go wrong. Thank you for taking care of my mom and getting the cracks sealed. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
- SGshrishti gangulyAug 4, 20253.0Brendan was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and work was scheduled on time- unfortunately, his team members after finishing the job locked my basement even though I had given them clear instructions to NOT do so. I had to pay for a Locksmith to gain entry . Even though I showed the company security camera footage of my conversation with their staff— I was told the audio was not clear(This is not true) . Brendan was kind enough to have a local Locksmith come over but I had to cover the cost and had to make several trips from work to my home. I was just expecting a big company like Trident to take better care of their customers . I did not think it was fair that for no fault of mine, I had to incur extra charges for the locksmith, Even though clear instruction to call the home owner before finishing the job to secure the basement were given and recorded on a video. This was in poor taste .
