  10/10. Paul and family do it old school & that’s why they got our business. From the estimate to completion: no games, competitive pricing, timely & professional. Handled everything as scheduled & planned. From the estimate, show room & install, never an issue or concern. Paul and crew even came back to ensure they got the little details right on the stairway project for us. Solid family business. Don’t hesitate. Not a lot of family businesses left out there. This is 1 of them!

  Had kitchen floor installed by Massud the process was flawless from beginning to end. Joe was quick and efficient and got back to me with a quote the same day. Geo and his crew were very efficient with Geo explaining the process. The crew cleaned up after the installation. Everything was perfect We are very happy with the floor. I highly recommend Massud

  We rehabilitated a rental home top to bottom. We were looking for better quality carpeting as our tenant is a family member. Joe came out within days, measured the home and called me back with a very good price in 2 hours. Two weeks later it was expertly installed. Out of all the projects we did in this rehab, Massud and Sons did an absolutely flawless and clean job. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for new flooring. Just awesome!

  We went off the reviews posted when looking for a floor company. Something was off from our first visit. Family members gossiping about other family members, in front of us. We seemed to be interrupting them. (Looking back now, we should have walked out) They gave us no itemized bill, so we have no idea what costs where what. (On us, that we just assumed a legitimate business would do this). Communication was poor at best, we then we finally got the floors done. Vinyl was done over a large area and two rooms carpeting. We had tile removed from the dining area, which left a huge mess that we are still cleaning up. They left big pieces of tile under our baseboard, that we had to clean up. They didn’t even wash the floors when done. This was over $11k, this would have been expected. They broke a baseboard ( they never told us about) and made errors in the entranceway. The threshold from dining to kitchen is raised up seems like the wrong one. I called to speak with Joe, who was very rude on the phone, making excuses for every concern I had. Joe came out a few days later and continued to make excuses and change the story of what we were originally told. It took a week to fix two of my concerns and the guys returning again made a mess and didn’t clean up, they were not interested in fixing the issues and had attitudes. The other issues we are stuck with. Joe recommended us buying additional trim because there would be a space between new floor and baseboard, this space is so small, the trim wasn’t needed and we paid for this for no reason and we are stuck with it. They refused to adjust the invoice in any way. I wouldn’t recommend based on professionalism alone.
