- RRRednaulJan 20, 20161.0We went to Starr to order everything we needed to remodel a bath and a master bath. The first issue we encountered was having the wrong sink ordered for our vanity. It was reordered and while we were kept waiting, it was resolved. The remodel for our master bath has not gone very well. The sink for this vanity was also wrong but by the time we did the remodel we decided to just keep it. Then when the vanity and linen closet was installed we found out that the one piece had the soft close hinges but the other piece did not. They were ordered from Bertch at the same time, weren't they made at the same time? When this was brought to Terry's attention she said she would look into it. 3 weeks later, we found out, she forgot. Now we are supposed to get the correct hardware for the cabinets but no one will be available to install it for us. Terry says she is working on some type of reimbursement. Like what, credit to the store? As of right now I want to complete this remodel and I will go anywhere but HP Starr for anything.
