We decided to set an appointment. Nathan did a very thorough job on our system, carefully explained to me what he was doing, and suggested some things we might consider that could improve the life of the system and protect our family health. He also used his iPad to show me everything in detail, as well as emailed to me what we discussed. We are very pleased with his work and are considering an annual maintenance contract.

Prime is the only company we have do any work on our house. The boss and all the workers are friendly and are skilled. Everything was explained all through installation process to me. Everything works with no issues. The entire area was left clean after the job was finished. We’ve had major work done by Prime last year and are enjoying the comfort in our home from that.
