- SPSanford PollockMay 26, 20241.0Very Dissatisfied! Dan Boni told me that wrapping with aluminum is part of every installation. They did 6 windows and the wrapping is still 70 years old! They did not do it! They told me they had completed caulking 4 additional windows, and they had NOT! I have no operating and care manuals, despite multiple requests. Dan Boni does not return calls or messages! Terrible!!!!!!
