- JSjason skrobaczFeb 20, 20211.0Called fayette heating to come diagnose our boiler that was making noises. It was running when the tech came over and he diagnosed that the pump was bad. He replaced a couple parts and left and was supposed to come back the following day. Later that night our furnace that was running before the tech came stopped running. I had already paid a $100 for a diagnostic charge that was obviously wrong then they wanted to charge me $90 more an hour to have someone come out and fix what the first tech didn't. Long story short fayette heating left us without heat for 2 nights with 2 little kids a 6month pregnant wife. They never did come back out like they were supposed to to replace the rest of the pump. Will never use this company again
- RCRobert CurreyJan 4, 20181.0Paid Fayette Heating and Air to replace an oil line last year. This year the technician bent it and left it. So I called and told them. That was on November 24, 2017. it is now January 04, 2018 and no one has called or come back to fix it. Also after calling John the service manager three times he came out in November to give me an estimate on new duct work, still have not heard back. I now use Petrucci Heating and Cooling, they actually do what they say for a reasonable price. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from Fayette.
