However…The last two experiences have been terrible. No heat over the holiday didn’t seem to result in an emergency call. Although they did come out within a few days, the diagnosis was wrong. The furnace ran until they left and stopped again because the wrong issue was addressed. BOTH TIMES, at two different locations, two trips because of a misdiagnosis the first time. And the charge for a diagnostic call is now $130. I don’t know if they are short on time or people, but I’m really upset about the service lately, and the cost. It doesn’t make me want to call them the next time.
