    They were quick to come out and help us get acquainted with our new home and water system. Joe went the extra mile to help us figure everything out and walk us through upkeep. Incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable.

    We have been using Hartzell's Water Conditioning Services for 25+ years and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Our water system suddenly stopped working at 7:30 pm tonight. Josiah talked me through how to fix our system over the phone by using just my videos and pictures. He was so very patient, as I explained in my completely non water professional terms, what appeared to be the issue, He fixed our problem while we were still talking on the phone! I was so relieved and impressed. This isn't the first time Josiah, and his brother, Travis, have bailed us out with a water issue. Their excellent service, professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and honesty are traits which are so hard to find these days. Bottom line: Hartzell's treats you like family, goes out of their way to help you, and are as honest, cost effective, and trust worthy as they come. I strongly suggest you give them a call so you can also appreciate their wealth of information in all things associated with water conditioning services. Thanks again, Josiah.

    These guys did a fantastic job of replacing our old water system! The new one works perfectly, they completed the job when promised, and they cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company

    I am a Township Supervisor for Hickory Township in Forest County, and we have a water conditioner and softener with an iron filter. We had a problem with our water testing of bacteria, I called Hartzell Water and Travis suggested we check the well first and we found the problem under ground level and it was fixed. Travis was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the systems. We fixed the problem as Travis had suggested and no longer have bacteria problems. Most places would have installed a $4K UV light But Travis did what was right. I strongly recommend Hartzell water for any water problems you may have. all the employees are very nice and helpful.
