We lost water on a Friday night, and Culligan wouldn’t come out until Monday. Monday morning Culligan called and said they couldn’t come out until Wednesday. To leave a family without water for three days is NOT the kind of service one expects after 20 years of loyalty. We called Hartzell’s Monday morning (before Culligan rescheduled to Wednesday), and we had a new system installed within hours. Our loyalty lies with Hartzell’s now, and we highly recommend them! Travis and Josiah are professional, courteous and their work is exceptional. We look forward to the next 20 years with Hartzell’s!

We had a problem with our water testing of bacteria, I called Hartzell Water and Travis suggested we check the well first and we found the problem under ground level and it was fixed. Travis was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the systems. We fixed the problem as Travis had suggested and no longer have bacteria problems. Most places would have installed a $4K UV light But Travis did what was right. I strongly recommend Hartzell water for any water problems you may have. all the employees are very nice and helpful.
