  Arthur Garry and his team are professional, courteous and reliable. They are not the least expensive contractors out there, but we've used them time and time again because they do such outstanding work. Our addition looks like it was part of our original house, and our pool deck is absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you so much to Arthur and Countrywide Enterprises for their exceptional service!

  REPLY TO OWNER, UPDATE 06/20/2019: Thanks for your reply. Elliott and Arthur both called me to ask that I remove this review, in an almost intimidating tone. As my original review states, I did not mind spending $250 - TWO TIMES - for a total of $500 with your company for estimates that did not take more than 3-5 hours each (at best). They were single page and one price estimates. I am reducing my rating to two stars due to the phone calls and accusation that I want something for nothing. Previously said, I am disappointed that your price was nearly $13,000 for work that another provider recently completed for $6,000 (and turned out gorgeous). I was looking forward to using the cost of my estimates towards real work at my property - not for estimates. For those reading this review, please see my other review from the other provider and pictures. I did offer to part ways peacefully if Arthur could refund me $250 of $500 I spent, which I thought was reasonable given the disappointing pricing - so he would still pocket $250 for his efforts in estimates. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Company is a general contractor that outsources many or all components of their jobs (which is fine) and the estimates are $250 (which is also fine, a rule they have for "before home closing", even though this wasn't being used for a purchase contract negotiation), so I do not recommend this company unless you have job that is maybe an insurance repair (with lots of paperwork) and/or you might have a significant mix of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing being done. Their estimate was 50-60% more than my other two estimates from providers that actually do the work. Their office staff call and email often after the estimate, so I liked that support. I did like the estimates they provided with pictures and measurements, plus they did come out with one of their subcontractors. Elliott was my estimator - and like the other review - I did find his email address odd (using a different name or alias "agarry", I think it's Arthur Garry, the owner?). I also found it odd that my job was masonry and Elliott said he could not estimate that (after I drove into PA from NYC), but he did make good by getting the opinion from the masonry subcontractor. I do feel like I "spun my wheels" with them, but I was able to use the estimate and pictures for other providers, so the $250 was OK by me and not a total loss (but, obviously disappointed on the pricing being so high and the loss of $250 that could have gone towards the job itself).
