  Centre County Vinyl just completed siding on my home in State College. I could not be happier with the entire experience from beginning to end. The installers were so skilled, kind, and their attention to detail was without compromise. I will certainly use Centre County Vinyl in the future and recommend their services without reservation.

  I called one afternoon to ask about kinetico filters that I needed. An answering machine recording said to call back between something like 8 - 8:30 in the mornings, or some similar very restrictive timing. I did that, and left a message and phone number. However, I NEVER received the courtesy of a response. In the end, I dealt directly with Martin Water Conditioning, and they, at least, were both polite and prompt. There's very few businesses in Centre County I've dealt with since moving here 8 years ago, that I have felt were unworthy of my business. But Centre County Vinyl is DEFINITELY one of them. When they can't have the common decency to respond to inquires, made at their direction, they demonstrate a distinct lack of care and respect for the customer. My recommendation, deal with Martin Water directly and avoid being treated as a non-entity. Don't know if their windows service is any better, but after this experience, I never intend to find out.
