- VSViresh SinghSep 4, 20214.0Hot water heater got a little water in it due to storm IDA. Needed to be cleaned reset and pilot light put on. Aron was courteous, professional and competent. Performed well. Change was a little sleep, but Aron doesn't decide that QDI does that.

Jake, Rod, and Lance were the primary installers and did an awesome job caring for our home and efficiently replacing an old heat pump and a furnace. They explained the operation of the system clearly and asked for input where needed before installation. Especially liked the “picture perfect installation” photos they send when the job is complete. We compared four HVAC companies and Quality had the best price due to their partnership with Costco. Would recommend to family and friends.
