Our 129-year-old house was in urgent need of repair, and Ervin and his amazing team worked tirelessly… during a heat wave(!)… to expertly remove, reframe, and refloor our porch FAR beyond expectations. It looks gorgeous. The mahogany tongue-in-groove boards were laid with precision and care. They lifted and rewrapped our column bases, and replaced portions of our lattice and trim as well--all done beautifully. We were so impressed and grateful for their superior craftsmanship and professional work ethic. They left the work area spotless. Expressions Carpentry did a fantastic job on our house. We had stairs, railing, and floors replaced throughout our home. We spent two years looking for someone to do our home renovation. Then we found Ervin. We knew from the moment we met Ervin that he was the right person for the job. He was professional, patient, flexible, and offered suggestions. Ervin’s estimate was clear and concise. There were no hidden expenses. He was at hour home when he said he would be and even called before he arrived. The amount of care and attention to detail was amazing. There was no mess to clean up at the end of each day. The job was completed within the quoted timeframe.
