- TWTammy W.1 day ago1.0I do not recommend this company. I was charged $1,882 to have a small bathroom leak fixed. The leak still exists, as it was not fixed correctly. Not to mention the technician did something to my over flow pipe to my bathtub, and placed a cap on it two sizes too big....I now have a gapping hole in my bathtub where the over flow pipe is, because the cap doesn't want to stay on due to it being too big! I emailed the company and never heard back from anyone. Almost $2,000 for two pieces of PVC piping, a plastic cap two sizes too big, and a leak that wasn't fixed correctly. Everytime we take a shower we have to put a bucket under the leak, so my living room carpet doesn't get wet! If I could give zero stars I would. Two thumbs down.

- JGJoseph GaetaniNov 10, 20255.0Woke up with a plumbing emergency. Bathtub leaked thru the kitchen ceiling and was dripping on the floor. They were the 3rd plumber I called and came out within an hour and a half. Mike B. determined it was a pitted drain from hard water. He tested our water, turned out that our old water softener was no longer doing a good job. We bought a new one from them and they sent Ethan and Blake out 2 hours later and installed it. Cleaned up and were out the door by 3:15. All of them were knowledgeable and courteous. They were a life preserver in a sea of despair. We were very impressed and will call again.
