Came back the next day after my disagreement with a quote $9000 cheaper. Double check what they quote you, they’ll take you for a ride

Got our old system removed and a new one installed within 4 hours. Couldn't be happier with their polite and knowledgeable crew. Won't be calling anyone else for service from now on.

Looking to replace a furnace that was 42+ years old was not going to be a quick decision. There are a number of factors to consider. Price and quality reputation were at the top of the checklist. I remember speaking with representatives at the Oley Fair. Their genuineness spoke volumes. They did not push products and respected what parameters you had for your project. I was beyond blessed to have won the Oldest Furnace contest they had in the fall. From consultation to completion, Eric, Colton and Cody went above and beyond. They explained the process in everyday terms and were transparent throughout the installation. No question or concern was too small. Their work ethic is something you can not put a price on. I hope this furnace lasts another 42 years, but if not, I know who I will be calling!

From laying drop cloths on the floors and steps, removing the old equipment, and installing the new. Cody was an awesome sales technician, thorough and very helpful. Elliot installed the furnace and went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied and asked if I had any questions. Jordan installed the heat pump and got his exercise running in and out of the house and to the basement and back. Very happy with B & L Ott, their personnel, and their professionalism. I highly recommend them and thank them for such a smooth transition.
