She communicated every issue associated with my furnace. Unfortunately due to the high cost to fix a 30 year furnace we have decided to replace rather than fix. - SCStan CDec 18, 20255.0We reached out to McGinley because we were having trouble with our oil boiler wasn’t operating properly. We already had one of the big Heating and Cooling companies out. Their diagnosis and estimate seemed extreme ($3K) even to someone like me who knows something but not a lot about heating equipment. We found McGinley and they came out the next day. The tech, Chaz, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. It ended up being a simple fix and not the multiple parts the other company wanted to replace, which were less than 5 years old and turns out were worked just fine. Chaz was polite, knowledgeable, worked cleanly and patiently explained the issues and how he corrected them. Would highly recommend this company and Chaz especially if you have oil heat. Couldn’t be more satisfied going from a $3k estimate to a solution for only a service call fee. They have a loyal customer for life and we won’t use anyone else. Great job! BTW - Ryan who answered my initial call to McGinley was one of the most relaxed and effective customer service people I’ve spoken to in a long time. So from my first interaction, this company far exceeded my expectations.
