Called Woodruff and Smith and they had the ability to move some appointments around to get a technician here as soon as possible. Logan was the tech that came and he was able to quickly asses the issue, get it figured out and replace the part. My house has heat again and I’m thankful that it wasn’t a major repair and cost. Logan was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him and the company.
