They’ve done major things like replacing our cast iron stack and jackhammering our basement floor, to smaller things like fixing small leaks. We’ve interacted with over 10 people on their staff, including their master plumber. Today, Mike Johnson came out to help us with a water heater issue, and he was transparent and gave us good options. We will be calling again, I’m sure!

He said the 2019 water heater was indeed leaking and had to be replaced. A few days later and $1700 out of my pocket, the leak was still there. Today another Stahl technician found the leak was coming from my furnace! I am furious! The $1700 expense was not necessary I am sure!
