    Jay resolved a line blockage and did a comprehensive evaluation of the house drainage system using an inspection camera. I appreciated his attention to detail. He was thorough, professional, and courteous. I have had good experience with Restano.

    Joe was awesome. On time, cleaned up after himself and patiently answered all my questions. Our furnace is only a year old, but he gave me some great tips on what to look out for and things we can do to make the unit last as long as possible. Feel better going into the cold months after his inspection.

    Nick Doyle was very friendly and informative while diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be a pressure sensor issue. After completing the diagnosis, he noticed that our service package had just expired but that we still had one cleaning remaining. He went ahead and scheduled a visit for next week to complete the cleaning. Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism!

    What a great organization! Just got a call today, Sunday 11/9, from Alli at Restano. She was calling to reschedule my service appointment for the second time for my newer Restano HVAC system. I was annoyed but I’m writing this because Alli is such a total professional. She explained with the cold snap we’re about to get they need to prioritize people whose systems aren’t working. Most companies would just say they need to reschedule. Alli is a reflection of the quality of Restano sales and service. She took me from angry to empathetic. She’s a great reflection on the Restano brand. Give her a raise!!!!

    I was scheduled for a furnace check today. I called to see what time. I was told someone tried to contact me on Monday n change it n no one was coming. I stayed home today. No one contacted me - I was told there was an outage so maybe it didn’t go through. Okay, so why didn’t they call the next day if there was an outage Monday. I was told they can come in February! I was scheduled for today n they changed it to February. I wasn’t thrilled so they said Then Sunday night! Really. I will be leaving Restano after many years. I have asked for my money back since I bought a furnace n AC service and will not be getting it. I’ll let you know if they won’t refund my money back. They cancelled - then said February - then said Sunday night. Poor communication- you don’t cancel unless you speak with someone. The secretary who has to deal with these issues was kind and polite. I feel bad for her as none of this is her fault. PART 2 - SEE THE FOLLOWING:Someone who said he was the owner got back to me through my review – he gave a response.). He said he was sorry he didn’t meet my expectations and I was to call to resolve the issue. I called and was on hold back and forth until the secretary found someone to speak with me. He was already on the phone. I gave my phone number and name and was told he would call right back. That was at 1:15PM; this is now 5:45PM; So I am writing this now – no call back – poor communication – and I still want my money back for the fall and spring maintenance contract. I’ll call again tomorrow! Part 3 Called again today and spoke with someone. He said I will be getting my money back. I appreciate that.
