The issue is we emailed Curt on October 26 and November 2 to give us an updated estimate on some changes we wanted for the fencing. Curt has NOT responded to these emails. Very disappointing in his customer service. What a shame your company will not respond back to this concern only respond with the standard auto reply just to show google you tried to correct this problem. To keep good faith with the review system. Curt should be reprimanded what a joke.

The quality of both the vinyl fence product and the installation exceeded our expectations. Our installer, Nathan, communicated clearly throughout the process and worked hard through a heat wave. His craftsmanship was excellent.
