- JHJim HallerDec 15, 20251.0Called about having a stair lift installed. I left all of the contact information with the receptionist and was told to expect a call back within 48 hours. It's been over a week now, and still no call back. If this is how customers are treated at the beginning, I'm not sure i would be willing to enter into a project with them. Going elsewhere. Followup....owner left a response. I checked the number i called...Access Elevator Western PA division. Website shows stairlifts, receptionist asked if it would be for a straight staircase or curved. Guess either the owner doesn't know they are being installed or the receptionist is selling something that they don't have. Wish I could lower my rating.

Everyone was so great to work with, from Rich who sold it to us to the installation tech team who were so very nice to work with, so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Access Elevator and their team.
