  Rob Pallister did a great job of rewiring 2 Minka ceiling fan remotes to bypass the remote which would not pair up, and he converted them to wall switch control. Great job, plus he is very organized, cleaned up the work site, worked hard and very focused, pleasant, and now I’ve found my go-to for all my electrical needs. Thank you Rob and Gen3!

  From the initial estimate for knob & tube remediation through project completion, the level of communication was truly exceptional. The follow-up after the estimate was prompt and thorough, and I appreciated the daily messages confirming when the technicians would be arriving. The photo and introduction of the lead technician ahead of time was a thoughtful touch that made me feel comfortable knowing who would be in my home. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day and took the time to walk me through what had been completed, as well as what to expect next. All of my questions were answered clearly and patiently. The project stayed on schedule and was even completed a day earlier than expected. I truly appreciate the team’s hard work and am extremely happy with the final result. Shout out to Rob T. and Alex P. who were on-site every day. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Franklin (my pup) already misses them.

  I had Gen 3 electric out to service my hvac system in a pinch during the recent cold spell. Jadan from Gen 3 spent several hours diligently working to diagnose the problem eventually identifying a minor electrical component in the ac unit that required replacement and dirty air filters that were restricting air flow. I was extremely pleased work Gen 3 and Jadan in particular. I’d highly recommend this business and have used them several times !

  I needed a few outlets replaced, Gen3 did that and then some. The electrician, Nell Cherry, did a phenomenal job - he replaced the necessary outlets, but also looked at our breaker and made recommendations for additional upgrades for overall safety and efficiency. Nell was very nice and professional and made a point to give explanations on everything he recommended. Would definitely use them again.

  Had an electrical service appointment done today with Gen3 and everything was checked and completed in a quick and timely manner. My electrician, Ed Callahan, was very informative and down to earth. He took the time to explain some aspects pertaining to my concerns with my outlets and breaker box. He also was honest and straight forward with pricing and didn't push to upsell me on anything, which I greatly appreciate. His knowledge and expertise is top-tier. 10/10 will request Ed again if I am ever in need of future electrical work.
