Showed up on time, prepared and was honest about the repair and replacement of toilet. Fixed leaking toilet tank, water pressure and repair of phantom flush in one visit. Solid visit. Received new toilet, seal, seat and water valve replacement. Mike was detail oriented, communicated with every step and efficient.

We called on a Sunday and they were able to come out early on a monday, much to our delight. The plumber they sent out, Mike, was very friendly, personable, and professional. He quickly identified that the issue was our dishwasher after a previous plumber from another company had not been able to identify the issue. Though city plumbing does not work directly with appliances, he gave me contact info for an appliance repairman that does. I was very satisfied that they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and point us in the right direction for resolving it. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
