The original furnace (35 yrs old) was still there when we moved in 8 years ago, and we continued using it until, this year, it quit working and could not be fixed. We wanted to replace it with a system that would be eligible for this year's $2000 tax credit (expiring on Jan 1), but our usual HVAC company was very slow getting back to us after quoting and their scheduler couldn't be reached after several calls. We started researching and found Supreme H&C. They have excellent reviews and ratings and Derrick came right out to take a look. His expertise impressed us and their price was in line with others (and a bit lower). He also said they could take care of it right away! We were happy that we wouldn't have to bundle in the cold until after the holidays and that we could get the tax credit. He quoted it on Friday and they came out on Monday and finished in one day. They hit a few snags due to the age of the house and the way things were configured, but kept at it all day until it was solved! Derrick gave us a great warranty. We are warm and cozy tonight and very happy with their service and speed, their knowledge of the systems, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism. They cleaned everything up before leaving as well as removing and hauling away our old furnace and AC unit (which had also died... we replaced it with the heat pump which serves as an air conditioner in summer).

Upon being greeted on the phone, I could tell that the person I was speaking to really care. They immediately sent somebody out. Brandon was our technician. He was outstanding and super friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately confirmed our fear that the other company was trying to screw us. We paid an extremely reasonable fee to have the work done. It was completed immediately. I give these guys an A+ and will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.
