- AWAutumn WilliamsNov 12, 20255.0I called Supreme Heating & Cooling in a panic, my furnace was making a weird noise and I was a few days away from leaving for a vacation abroad. A tech (Anthony) showed up same day and confirmed the heat exchanger had gone bad, he showed me the part & explained why it was no longer good, and explained why my furnace was unsafe to use its current condition. With the system being over 20 years old, it made sense to replace the entire furnace. The price seemed reasonable, but being a woman who’s had insane quotes from other contractors in the past, I always run the price by my father before committing. I called my father and asked if that was a fair price for the furnace with installation, and he said “that’s a sick price”. There was no charge for the service call since I committed to installation. Supreme came out to diagnose on a Monday, and installed the furnace that Thursday, in about 4 hours. They were super accommodating and helpful considering the install happened while I was out of the country, making sure to take contact information of a friend who was staying at my house, and being mindful with doors to make sure my dogs wouldn’t escape. A few weeks after installation (today), I noticed a gurgling sound in the vent outside, again a tech (Brandon) showed up same day to check on it. The issue was no fault of Supreme’s, but that the pitch of the exterior vent pipe was slightly off and likely had been for decades - Brandon fixed the issue free of charge anyways! I’m terrified of gas appliances, so it gives me peace of mind knowing that Supreme is more than willing to come back out if something doesn’t seem right. The furnace works great, has warranties and a 1 year service plan. I’ve already been recommending Supreme to friends and family, and they’ll be the first call I make when my 25 year old AC inevitably goes out.

Derrick and Tim arrived on time and were professional and friendly the entire visit. They removed the old equipment cleanly and installed the new ones neatly and securely. Had a small issue with the furnace itself (unrelated to the installation) and Derrick came out the same day and fixed it. The new AC and furnace look sharp and run great.

Derrick came out to give us a quote within one business day of us inquiring. He was polite and knowledgeable and quickly earned our trust by being upfront and honest. Supreme replaced our heating and cooling systems in a few hours. We were able to upgrade to more efficient and reliable appliances and the cost was $3,000 less than we were quoted by another HVAC contractor. We’re very pleased with their service. They were courteous and friendly. They hauled away our old equipment and left our house exactly as they found it. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Supreme Heating and AC.

He ordered my part (from manufacturer, doesn't use universal parts) and installed by Brandon. Brandon was knowledgeable and has impeccable timing. He gave me pointers for future issues and maintenance pointers as well. Pricing was regular but they honestly helped way more than what he charged me. Great guys all around. Will be using again.
