I reordered and was sent the same item again, which was wrong. Once you pay-- they don't care. Mark should never be working in customer service. It shouldn't matter if they are a supply warehouse or a retailer. Business is business. He refuses to refund my money stating it is my problem to go to Provia and get them to take it back and refund them first. During all of this the bottom of my door was peeling and I sent him a pic. This door has a lifetime warranty. He told me I had to pay to have it repaired, it isn't covered under warranty. Provia customer service said it is. Again, this Marvic company doesn't want to help at all. DO NOT do business with this company.
