- LLLuke LucasSep 20, 20251.0I went there on 9-19-25 to get some shingle prices. The lady asked me my roof size and I told her then she said that they charge $50.00 to do a take-off. There are calculators on Google for free for roofing but I already knew how many bundles I needed. The price for the shingles are more expensive than at lowes. Wholesale is supposed too be cheaper than a retail store 🙄. Just shop around before buying from anyone first. (Edit after owner responded) Craig since you obviously cannot comprehend what i wrote. You employee should have have not asked me for the roof measurements first. I knew how many sq I needed. You don't ask for measurements first then say you charge for a detail of $50.00. As for the shingles your prices were $300.00 more than lowes. Wholesale means cheaper than retail prices but you're more expensive than retail. But the point you made of me not working for free i do help people out for free not everything is about money maybe one day you will learn that.
