Michael was immediately responsive from my first call. He was out to my home within a couple of hours. Assessed an issue with my unit, explained how the compressor and refrigerant worked. Went over expected cost and fixed the issue on the spot. I love supporting small business and I am happy I reached out to Heisenberg Electric. Please note that Michael focuses on repair and currently does not replace units. I will definitely be calling him to maintenance our unit next spring.
