Not often you find someone that doesn’t try to nickel and dime you, but Mark was so sweet and realistic. Of the 10 windows we have, he only recommended changing the 3 problem windows that we were already aware of. Any other salesman would’ve tried to convince us to replace them all; so I very much appreciated the lack of pressure to bankrupt us lol Not only that but he was sociable and easy to talk to. We went through a bunch of door, doorframe, and window options until we found the ones that suited us and our home, and Mark was nothing but patient and enthusiastic about the choices we made.
- TTTWBJun 16, 20251.0Most agressive salespeople ever. Loyalsock Township residents are fed up. Stop sending your sales people to knock on doors all hours of the day. Especially at inappropriate hours. (I.e. 7 am, dinner time, after 8 pm.) I have had several employees knock on my door in spite no trespass or soliciting signs. I work from home and have had my work day interrupted or have to pause a call with a client to tell then to leave. Each time ive told them please dont stop here as we rent and have no control over repairs. I'm assured we will be taken off the list and they stop again in a few weeks or even sometims the next day. I'm going to start invoicing by knock since this company cannot understand that NO MEANS NO.
