  Team was great. Brendan, Timmy , Ryan , Nick were all phenomenal and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend them ! They made cleanup for our flood go so much smoother !

  Michael Rich was extremely thorough and helpful. We had called for one issue, a repeat leak problem, and rather than doing the same “bandaid” quick fix that other services have done in the past, he actually assessed what was repeatedly causing the problem, and fixed that, as well, so we wouldn’t have to deal with the same problem again (and again and again!). I wish we had called this plumbing service years ago, it would have saved us a lot of aggravation and a LOT of money, rather than paying repeatedly for expensive “bandaid” fixes that didn’t address the actual cause. It ended up being a “bigger” job, but we are grateful that Rich took the care to look a little further into what was causing our seemingly endless plumbing issues, when every other plumbing service that has been here (quite a few over the years) ever even bothered. Rich and Brendon were professional, courteous, quick, and did excellent work. 10/10 would recommend.

  Dream Team remains the best! We’ve used them for a few years now and everyone is personable, professional, and skilled. Our grinder pump died on a Sunday afternoon, and we called for help — Sean T from Dream Team came out Sunday night, pulled the old unit, got us a quote, the new unit was dropped off by Dream Team in the morning, and Sean was immediately back to install it — all done in less than 24 hours. Sean was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and all-around great to work with. We’re so grateful!

  We had a sewer line leak in our basement due to deteriorating and improperly installed cast iron piping from when our house was first built. Zack from Dream Team came out first thing the next morning to assess the situation. He conducted a thorough inspection inside and outside our home and kept us well informed of his findings. Even though there was a lot of work that needed to be done including repairing the deteriorated pipe and correcting the improper installation of the remaining line, Zack assured us that he would get the job done that same day. That was a relief to hear since we had to avoid using toilets or putting anything down the drains due to the leak. To remove the old broken and deteriorated cast iron pipe and install a new PVC line, he had to cut out some portions of the wall in our finished basement; however, he took great efforts to reduce the amount of drywall he had to cut out and worked hard to minimize damage to some permanent shelving that was installed against the wall. Zack obtained all the necessary replacement materials promptly and brought an assistant to help him. They worked tirelessly until late in the evening to make sure everything was complete and properly functioning and that all of the old sewer line components were removed and hauled away by the end of the day. All throughout the process, we were impressed by Zack’s professionalism, courtesy, hard work, commitment to quality, and respect for our property. We would definitely like to have Zack and Dream Team out again for future plumbing projects.
