  I saw him take off his shirt one time up in the mountains and wrestle a black bear to the grown and put it to shame. That's why it cost a little more but you got to figure what's a couple extra bucks to be a part of a legend. It was the darndest things. I mean it. He put that animal right to shame?

  I too made a substantial down payment over 3 months ago, I thought after meeting and talking to Mr Meyer I had found someone who seemed to be as true to his work as his word? I understand things happen in life and work but that’s no excuse for not responding or finishing a job you have started. I’m not sure how some people sleep at night, all I know is I do, knowing I keep to my word. Be warned this doesn’t seem to be the place to get the job done.

  Had a subdivision preformed and the boundaries did not close. No monuments were set in the filed on initial survey either. Upon request of monuments he attempted to charge more for pins. This was part of the agreed-ed upon scope of services. After the front pins were set it was found that they did not match in distance his record survey. He will not return calls. Now seeking the aid of another more qualified surveyor and seeking legal action toward him.

  I had to have a Survey done in 10 days so I could close on my VA loan. After I paid him $600 down they conveniently tell me that they won't have a down for almost a month. I still have not yet received my refund, if I don't have it the next day or two were taking them to court.
