The Corporation was formed in order to provide Government, Business and Private entities with needed Third Party Electrical Inspections. As time went on, the need for broader Code Enforcement Services was realized and the company grew into Commonwealth Code Inspection Service, Inc. (incorporated in December of 1987).

- TJTommy JacobyAug 2, 20241.0The attitude Simon presented and the lack of knowledge he had of not only the code in our area but the physical border of the area he's supposed to enforce. He has multiple complaints from citizens in our area and continues to address people with the same arrogant attitude he addressed me with. Also still waiting for the code that says my ATV has to be stored inside or a map showing my property is " the board of the township" his words not mine the township actually goes on for another half mile past out property.

The house was a fire claim (Hogan farm) that had to be rebuilt, there were a lot of things he helped us understand. He always picks up his phone, he comes out quickly, and he is very friendly. I 100% recommend his services for any and all inspection/code needs.
