  Five Star Contractors helped us with an extensive exterior remodeling project to replace stucco, windows, and doors with Hardie siding and stone. Matt and Robert were our primary points of contact for our project, but all of the Five Star representatives we interacted with consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and quality work product. Our house looks awesome and we get compliments all the time. We had a great experience with Five Star and would strongly recommend them to any homeowners considering major renovation projects.

  We had significant moisture/mold penetration issues throughout the exterior of our home (all sides including the roof). We met initially with Michal Zelubowski from Five Star to align on the scope of work. Michal offered good advice and proposed valuable improvements that we hadn’t considered.  Robert, his brother, was our day-to-day contact. Robert was onsite to address any concerns and to schedule and oversee the work described in the agreement. Ours was a four month project.  The results were excellent. Robert and many of their employees would repeat the following phrase “We want you to be happy.” We also contracted with an experienced independent third party to monitor the Five Star work. When he learned we would be working with Five Star, he told us that Five Star was a top contractor in the region for quality results among the expansive list of companies he dealt with over the years. As we progressed in the project, he continually pointed out all the things Five Star does to ensure great and lasting results  He showed us how Five Star built a high degree of integrity in applying the exterior layers to ensure proper handling of moisture. Any contractor can install exterior siding, stucco, stone, brick, etc. that looks great but the key to the exterior layers is how moisture is handled. Five Star does it right and they guarantee their work. We were indeed very happy.

  Excellent experience from day one through completion. Very professional, super responsive, and clear throughout the entire process. The installation team was highly skilled with great attention to detail. I am very happy with the end result.

  We had a great deal of stucco remediation done along with window replacements. Nearly half of our 10k sq ft home needed the stucco removed and replaced with Hardie Board. A few details that were exemplary of their quality work. They took great care to identify which windows they felt needed replacement. When water damage was identified it was completely addressed. They were able to preserve the integrity of our window alarms. As water damage looked more extensive, they called it to our attention and made the additional repairs. The work site was always cleaned daily. The quality and care was simply outstanding. They are our first thought when any thing else is needed at our home. Truly a company that exemplifies the American Dream.
