  ZERO STARS IF I COULD. They came and did almost $2000 worth of work at my house supposedly to fix the heat, that wasn't working. The heat had never come back on, since they left. Come to find out today, the brand new expansion tank that they installed at my house, which was over 500$ unbelievable. They did not do correctly and it's been leaking since they came, almost 2 months ago and now when I called them, they still want to charge me almost 200$ to come back out and fix the mistake that they made.. no thanks. and the lady that answered. Insanely unprofessional and copped an attitude very quick with me. Ridiculous. Take accountability for your mistakes people. especially when you're dealing with someone's home and a large sum of money. absolutely unbelievable.

  Fast and polite service. However, called for someone to come to diagnose why electric baseboard heat is not working. The problem was determined to be a broken thermostat. The technician had to go pick up the thermostat from a local store. The thermostat was then installed and heat was working appropriately. Total cost for diagnoses and install of thermostat was almost $600, for well under 1 hour of work. Now, a month and a half later, my heat will not turn off. The house is reaching at points, 80 degrees and over 72 degrees multiple times while the thermostat was set under 63 degrees. For $600, I expect the problem to be fixed and not have created a new problem. Update: Ultimate called to address the issue and provided same day fix to the faulty thermostat. There has been no issues thus far, thankfully. 4/5 star due to high cost and misunderstanding of the expected cost that was going to be charged in initial visit.

  The guys who came in for the service were friendly and professional. Tom is running a good family-run business and he was able to understand our needs and work on the following: - installing a new well tank - installing a pressure maintainer for shower - installing a new automatic water filter I also asked them to install a new Honeywell thermostat that works with wifi.
