He was very professional (on time, quick work, etc.) but I really appreciated how friendly, honest, and detailed he was. It was a pleasure having him at the house fixing our system! After I described what issues we were having, he walked me through his thought process and made it very clear exactly what he planned to do to fix it and why, then when he removed the broken parts he showed me exactly how they were damaged/malfunctioning. I appreciated the honesty and enjoyed learning more about our system in the process. He even explained a few extra things about our system and answered some unrelated questions about possible install of a mini-split system. He was also super friendly with our dogs! 10/10 would definitely recommend again!!
