  I can't recommend Scatton's enough!! Our oil boiler was dying so we made the decision to convert to gas. We had shopped around for the project, unlike the others Scatton's wasn't "salesy" and they were the most fair and straightforward with their proposal. I was able to call/email/text with our sales rep, Dave, as I had questions pop up and he was always so helpful. Every single person I dealt with at the company was knowledgeable, professional and just very pleasant to deal with (Dave, Andi, Mark, John, Ted). After I received some info from the gas company I called the office about timing of the project and the owner, Mike, called me back in 20 minutes!! Within a hour he had then worked out all scheduling with the gas company and reworked their schedule so technicians would be out here the very next day after the gas line was run from the street. 1.5 days later and the project is complete! I can't emphasize enough how fantastic their entire team is and I'm so happy we gave them our business, they have earned a customer for life!

  Nothing but good experiences with Scattons. Our Central Air unit went out during a heat wave last summer and they were able to fix quickly and for a reasonable price. Recently our hot water heater went out - Vince was honest and knowledgeable regarding replacement and upgrade of our outdated equipment. I feel good working with this company and have complete faith that they are honest and fair with their customers.
