- BHBecca HuntJun 20, 20241.0I've never been happy with their service, but used it because they were supposedly affordable. Their workers frequently left my garbage cans on the ground, as opposed to leaving them standing up straight. We can't set up autopay for some reason(???). We haven't paid their bill in at least a month due to poor service, and was informed that we would no longer receive trash services until the bill was paid. Fine by me, thank you so much. But they have continued to charge us for services, even though they have not been providing them. I don't anticipate anything close to a positive outcome with them.

The went out of their way to pick it up and not make me wait til the next week then went back onto their route. Very much appreciated. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I think everyone, me included, has room for improvement. I would like to see an auto payment option or an actual website for payment or suspending pick for extended periods of time. Overall happy with this service.
