- KWKimberly WatsonSep 28, 20231.0First the driver put my BRAND NEW 85.00 toter in the truck and crushed it (still had the stickers on it) at the beginning of my service. Messaged Melissa and was pretty much told Oh well. I have a large circular driveway and had a park model camper on the very far side sitting since July. Never an issue. I will note there is plenty of room in the driveway with all solid gravel. My garbage has not been picked up the past month. Last week I was told it would be this week and not to worry about how many bags because it hadn't been picked up. My drive is pretty long as well. This morning still no garbage picked up! Text Melissa and she was very rude. Told me I'd have to take it yo the end of my driveway. I explained we were in a bad accident and I'm not able too. She stated "have that kid that lives with you take it out" my son was also injured. When I was paying for a dumpster to be emptied for 3x's the $ every week we never had an issue with service in the 3+ yrs we had this company. I took pictures and showed her there is plenty of room with all solid gravel for the truck to turn around in. She replied I'd need to take my business elsewhere. I'm happy to supply screen shots of all text messages and even a video of the driveway to show how unprofessional and lies the driver stated and Melissa.
