  The absolute WORST service that I have ever received. I ordered 3 long runners which took 3 months to come in and get seamed and bound. The seaming was very poorly done. They said they'd fix it. 1 month later, I called. Jeff Urbanski, the owner, laughed and said the runner was in the same spot as when I took it back. I expressed my displeasure, and he yelled at me for 20 minutes. He said I should have called HIM. Many excuses were made. I asked for a refund and was denied. It took another 3 months to get a new carpet. He never called me to say it was done. I went there, he said it was completed, and brought it out to show me. IT WASN'T BOUND! Jeff then lied and said I told him not to bind it! He wouldn't let me take the runner, THAT I HAD PAID FOR, to get it bound somewhere else! I had to have him sign a paper to say he'd have it bound the next day. It was finally finished. I would NEVER do business with Fashion Floors. Jeff doesn't return calls, the workmanship is shoddy, he lures you in with kindness and takes advantage of your time and money, and after all of that, Jeff yells at the customer for his own failure! I know someone else who had their entire upstairs carpeted. All of the seams are coming apart. Please find someone else to fill your carpeting needs.

  Great place for carpeting. I had area rugs made. Very satisfied.

  Today we FINALLY received the last part of our order. So many mistakes and not on our behalf. They were apologetic .It wasn't the service I was expecting.
