Couldn't get the camera down, couldn't run the water jet, then finally determined the pipe was broken. Informed me they would cut me a discount since they were not able to perform the services. Still charged me over $400 for essentially doing nothing. Supervisor calls me the next day and quotes $20 grand for repair. Yes $20,000. Needless to say Knisely came and did the same job for a quarter of the price. Don't waste your time

He has to come back to do some sewer vent and I'm super happy that he's the one doing it. I highly recommend him. He's young but definitely knows what he's doing and if he doesn't he don't bullcrap you. My inlaws are very satisfied at this point. Thanks
