- DYDanielle YeagerOct 19, 20221.0After 21 years of being a loyal customer and waiting for 2 months for someone to come & fix my furnace they just decided they're not coming because I live to far & of course they didnt even call me to let me know. Now I find out from a new company that they sold me a furnace that's way to big & it caught on fire. They also used caulking instead of replacing the broken part. Thanks for leaving my family with a dangerous furnace!!!
