- RNRami NassarJul 15, 20252.0I had Hruska come to my house for a job. Everything seemed ok at first. I paid them for the job. The toilet needed one more part because the flapper was leaking. I called them and they said that they ordered the part and would come install it for me when it came in. I didn't hear from them for months. They did not answer my phone calls. I finally got a hold of them. They set up a date to come and finish the job. They didn't show up. In fact they stood me up three times. Ten years ago this was a good company. I don't know what happened to them.

I'm small time landlady and was new to the area. After getting bids from a few other places, I went with Hruska. That was about 12 yrs ago. They have repaired and replaced furnaces, fixed busted pipes, repaired/replaced toilets, replaced outside spigots. In emergency need,they lmk if they aren't available same day, so I'm not left waiting for a no show. Why didn't I post this year's ago? Retiring, selling rentals, am now realizing how lucky I've been to find honest plumbers who do excellent work 👏 Thanks Hruska, appreciate you!
- LWLAURA WILLIAMSJul 19, 20175.0I had a friend in dire need of A/C repair. It was mandatory it be fixed for her husband who has a serious medical condition. But she was not in a position financially have it repaired. I have a mutual friend who gave me the personal number of one of the Hruska's and I reached out to him to see if he could 'help' with the A/C fix. I cannot say enough for this company and this gentleman. He bent over backwards to get her scheduled and her A/C back in shape in time for her husband to come home from the hospital. He also agreed to send me the bill so she would not have to worry about how to pay for it - we had it all taken care of. There are kind and compassionate people in this world and I wanted HRUSKA's to get that recognition. THANK YOU !!
