She was very polite and set up an appointment for the technician Steve to come out the very next morning. I thought that was exceptional since it was the holidays and things are usually busier. Steve did a throughout check of all the pipes/sinks and ensured that everything was okay. He was very professional and I could tell that he cared greatly. I highly recommend Mike Leonard plumbing and would return to them if I have any future plumbing needs!
