- MRMegan RokowskiDec 23, 20221.0I called to have someone come out and check out my gas converted furnace as it was having issues tripping and shutting off. I have 2 small kids so need heat coming into this cold front. The woman that answered was very unprofessional and pretty much turned me away stating they couldn’t see me for 2 weeks even as an emergency appointment and they have customers on protection plans that are priority. which I totally get and was willing to set that up as we don’t have a service provider and have been looking, we only recently bought the home. however when I mentioned that she said well it will still be 30 days until that takes effect. It just felt like they really didn’t want our business or to help. I get you sometimes can’t get same day help but I was just really disappointed that it seemed like she really didn’t want to work with or help me at all.
